Check and adjust thermostat settings

Replace customer supplied air filter

Fall (Heating) Tune-Up For Gas Furnace

Inspect burners/heat exchanger
Check gas pressure and combustion
Inspect and clean flue/vent system
Check ignition system
Inspect blower motor
Clean flame sensor
Check thermostat settings
Test system performance
Replace customer supplied air filter

Fall (Heating) Tune-Up for Heat Pump Units

Inspect and clean condenser coils
Check refrigerant levels
Inspect and clean air handler/evaporator coils
Check and adjust thermostat settings
Inspect and clean condensate drain
Check electrical connections
Test system performance
Replace customer supplied air filter
Run and ensure electric heat strips are working correctly

Common Checks (Both Seasons)

Inspect ducts for leaks/blockages
Check system controls and safety switches
Measure Air flow and Static Pressure
Check Temperature coming from Registers
Provide a personal System maintenance report
